Mailed Delivery Options
NeoFill uses USPS delivery for a 7-10 business day delivery or the customer may choose a USPS Priority 2-3 business day delivery option for those needing the item(s) ASAP. Orders over $250.00 are shipped using a signature required option for added security.
a. NeoFill is able to accept and keep in inventory merchant provided gift cards and vouchers for those merchants that prefer to use their own cards. These are mailed to each customer as they are paid for.
b. NeoFill prints custom vouchers. Designed with security features such as watermarks and custom security borders, merchants are able to receive these vouchers as cash.
c. NeoFill also will print a custom card for you. These are printed on 110 lb card stock with a premium laminate feel to them. The customer will receive them on the bottom of the receipt and be able to punch them out and fold them in half to easily carry them in a wallet like a credit card.
Electronic Delivery Options
NeoFill will create a voucher with the information entered on the site and deliver to the customer using an online link.
a. Print on Demand Vouchers are a customer favorite as they are delivered at the lowest fee, immediately upon payment and can be used right away. Customers are also able to show the merchant the voucher straight from their smart device. Using a QR code, or a unique 8 didgit code, the merchants are able to scan the vouchers prior to acceptance to assure validity.
Will Call Options
NeoFill doesn't stop there though. We are also able to provide options to make a Will Call situation smooth and simple. By collecting and reporting customer data NeoFill is an indispensable partner at the gate!
