I recently spoke with Tiffany yesterday in regards to an order placed on the Odeals Daily website, to sum up the conversation I was upset that I purchased 3 golf cards and the next day they reduced the cards to buy 1 get 1 free. I explained my situation to Tiffany and she stated that she would look further into it and see if there was anything she could do. I didn’t believe that she would actually call me back or look into it, based on bad experiences in the past with other companies, but she amazingly enough got the deal extended to me and called back before 11:00 am. She truly is a great customer service rep for going above and beyond to get the job done. I just wanted to thank the both of you for your great work.
