Alison Stubbendieck is responsible for the execution of company White Label and Auction business strategies that consist of products and services marketed to the company 3rd party partners. Alison has over 23 years of extensive sales and business development management experience in the media and advertising industry. Alison previously served in sales and executive positions for the Gazette, The Center for Sales Strategy, Malone Advertising, SBC Advertising, HMS Partners Advertising Agency and Griswold Advertising
Alison graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Business and Organizational Communication and Minored in both Advertising Sales and Speech and Rhetoric. She is a Leadership of Medina County Graduate and an active alumni member of the organization, and her business and community experience also includes serving on several non-profit boards, school board and related committees in her community.

Jim Varga is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Neofill LLC., and HalfOffDeals.com. He is a high energy goal-driven leader that displays expert knowledge in the internet sales and marketing industry.
With over 20 years as an experienced internet entrepreneur and applying a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, he has led this company through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.
Prior to Neofill LLC., Mr. Varga spent over 12 years as Internet Marketing Manager with Clear Channel Communications and Don Joseph Toyota.
Mr. Varga is an avid Nascar fan and secured a Nationwide NASCAR sponsorship for the 2011 race season for Half Off Deals. Mr. Vargas entrepreneurial experience has led his passions to making investments in related industry self funded projects that consist of patent pending technology. Mr. Varga is the co-founder of Social Fan Wrap LLC., the advertising driven Social Fan Wrap technology that allows users to place their social network profile image in a mosaic fashion. As a result of this technology, Mr. Varga secured a Nationwide sponsorship with Universal studios and their 2011 Summer blockbuster release of Cowboys and Aliens placing over 55,000 fans on the 01 Chevrolet NASCAR driven by Mike Wallace.
